Black Velvet Manhattan /dry /
Products:
60 ml Black Velvet Canadian whisky – 30 ml dry vermouth
Preparation:
Mix up carefully with several ice cubicles, pour the mixture in a martini glass and decorate with a cherry. For a sweet Manhattan, replace dry vermouth by sweet vermouth.
Black Velvet – sour whisky
Products:
45 ml Black Velvet Canadian whisky - 30 ml lemon juice - 1/2 sugar teaspoon
Preparation:
Shake up carefully with ice by cocktail shaker, pour the mixture in a whisky glass and decorate with a piece of orange or a cherry.
Black Velvet – Old-fashioned whisky
Products:
45 ml Black Velvet Canadian whisky - 1 sugar lump - 30 ml soda-water – several drops of bitter drink /bitter/
Preparation:
Drop a lump of sugar in the bitter liquid until it absorbs the liquid. Put the lump in a tumbler and pour a strong spray of soda-water over it. Add whisky and stir. Serve it with a mixing spoon wrapped in an orange ribbon.

45 ml Black Velvet Canadian whisky - 22 ml Amaretto di Amore liqueur
Preparation:
Mix up with ice in a tumbler, pour the mixture in a martini glass and decorate it with a cocktail cherry.
